Hello,
I'm experiencing a critical issue in Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood) that is preventing me from completing the Job Offer creation process.
Problem: When creating a new Job Offer and navigating to the "Assignment Info" section, the page appears blank/empty with no form fields displayed. The section header shows "Assignment info" with the Job Requisition reference, but all input fields are missing, making it impossible to proceed to the next step.
Error Message:
 "Too many objects match the alternate key oracle.jbo.Key[30000018489609 2026-02-24 0 30000000539835] for entity oracle.apps.hcm.employment.core.publicModel.entity.PeriodOfServiceEO, key AltKey."
