Cloud Payroll Mexico: OTBI Dashboards for CFDI Payslips and Stamping Status

Overview

Oracle Payroll for Mexico delivers an end-to-end solution to comply with the Mexico SAT CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) stamping requirements. The CFDI flow touches multiple functional areas, including:

• Document of Records (DOR) for stamped payslip storage and audit
• Payroll Interface Inbound Records (PIIR) for stamping status tracking
• Payroll flow “Generate CFDI Payslips”

This guide explains how to unarchive and publish two OTBI dashboards that help monitor the CFDI process:

• CFDI Payslips: Displays only successfully stamped CFDI payslips stored as DOR “Mexico CFDI.”
• CFDI Stamping Status: Displays stamping status for all payslips processed by the “Generate CFDI Payslips” flow, sourced from PIIR “Mexico CFDI Stamping Status.”
