How to avoid Fusion auto linking up supplier contacts to Contract Agreement

When migrating Contract Agreements via FBDI, fusion automatically linking up supplier contacts even we didnt pass any supplier contact in the import file, is there a way to avoid this? If we didnt pass any supplier contacts in the import file that means we dont want any supplier contacts for it.
