How to use Product Fiscal Classification

Summary: We're under the impression that we can populate Product Fiscal Classification on a lease contract and upon running payments, the value will feed to user defined fiscal classification on the invoice. Unfortunately, we're not able to add any values on product fiscal classification on the lease side. How do we utilize this field?
