Country of Origin values are not appearing on the OTBI page

Hi Community Need help on below -  @Yann Consolin-Oracle @Lynn Warneka-Oracle @Adnan Siddiqui-Oracle@Shyam Patel  @Victor Martin

In the Country of Origin field, the values are not appearing on the OTBI page, even though the values are displayed in the Item Quantities UI.
