Filter Capability Required in “Additional Status” Page (Team Time Cards – Redwood)
Current Observation:
Within the Additional Status → Time Entries section, the page displays detailed time entry information including:
• Earned Date
• Value
• Unit of Measure
• Payroll Time Type
• Type of Absence
However, there are no filter options available for key columns such as:
• Payroll Time Type
• Type of Absence
• Earned Date
For monthly time cards with high transaction volumes, users are required to scroll extensively to locate specific time types or absence entries.
Business Impact:
• Excessive scrolling for monthly time cards
• Difficult for managers to quickly identify specific payroll time types
• Inefficient review of exception-driven entries (e.g., Late Arrival, Early Leaving, System Initiated Absences)
