Unable to Edit Certain Fields on the “Promote and Change Position” Page (e.g., Job and Department)

On the Promote and Change Position page (Redwood UI), we are not able to control certain field behavior through Business Rules.

Specifically, fields such as Job and Department cannot be configured (e.g., hide, make read-only, or restrict editing) using Business Rules.

Currently, the page does not allow proper configuration of these fields, which limits our ability to align the transaction with business requirements.
