Skills and qualification in talent profile from learning outcomes

Summary:

I have created a person profile type with competency template to attach a course as a outcome names as learning outcomes and i want to write it on person profile but i was not able to see the learning outcomes in Skills and qualification page of person where as i can see other types like Functional competences, Skill centre , Honor or Award etc

I have created as competency template reason being in Item catalog we have added list of courses so that admin can add it as outcome easily
