Employee not able to see an option to create timecard under Me -> Time and Absences

Summary:

Employee ( a Team Member for a project, also a Project Manager for another project), is only able to find "Team Schedule" tile and not able to get to the second screen (as shown) to create timecard.
Do you know what might be a miss here?
