Determine if an API Call Has Been Made

Summary:

Is it possible using Visual Builder to understand if an API call has been made? For example, if someone were to create a new position and hit submit, that would call the API to create that position and then land them back to the Position List screen. I would want to see that the call was made, and that it was made successfullythat the position was created. Ideally then, only once this call has been successful, I would display a guided journey to the user. Is this possible within the confines of Visual Builder, or is this outside the scope
