We see a scenario where the wait activity of 30 seconds is resulting in the OIC instance getting stuck. To overcome this, we have to abort the process and retrigger the transaction. Is there an option like refresh alarm in SOA which can unblock it.
For us, wait activity is needed due to a bottleneck in the 3rd party web service.
So would like to see a good workaround here from best practices perspective?
