osp operation not auto completing after receiving purchase order

Summary: Have an osp operation in the middle of a routing. We shipped the service item and then received/delivered the service item. The OSP operation is not auto-completing.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Have an osp operation in the middle of a routing. We shipped the service item and then received/delivered the service item. The OSP operation is not auto-completing. An Exception is showing on the Work Order and in Supply Orchestration. It says, "The requested date of the purchase order schedule with the reference number xxxx has been pushed out." Not sure why this matters, as we have received the PO. We tried closing the exception, and the operation still is not auto-completing. We tried resubmitting through Supply Orchestration - nothing happens.
