Embedded Guidance Layer Not Loading on Initial Redwood Page Load

We are currently facing an urgent issue impacting Oracle Fusion Redwood pages.

Browser(s): All browsers

Issue Description

An externally embedded guidance layer (loaded via script injection in advanced mode javascrit tab) is not rendering during the initial load of Redwood pages. The component appears only after a manual browser refresh.

This behavior started suddenly without any configuration changes from our side. The issue persists across browsers and environments.

Expected Behavior

Contents should load properly during the initial page lifecycle without requiring manual refresh.

Actual Behavior

The embedded layer initializes only after a full page refresh.
