Create Mass Additions not capturing Payables ship-to location fails 26A feature.

Summary:

The Ship-to location from both standard and PO-matched asset purchase invoices is not being captured by the Create Mass Additions process resulting in blank Assignments Location fields and blocking automatic Post status defaulting for fully automated Payables-to-Assets flow (26A feature: "Automated Asset Creation from Payables Invoices") - Please see the attached image.

Expected:

If ship-to location captured → auto default asset location → line status = Post

Setup Done:

• Asset Location ↔ HR Location mappings uploaded via "Update Fixed Assets Configuration Spreadsheet" ✓
• Verified mappings in Manage Asset Locations → View Mapped Location ✓
• Both standard & PO-matched asset invoices use mapped HR locations as ship-to ✓
