How to remove Work email attribute in search field

Is there a way to remove work email with Search for a person to add as a contact field on Select a Person as a Contact page which can be accessed from Myclient groups>show more>Family and emergency contact page> ADD>select co-worker

we have already disabled work email attributes from search configuration but still its visible here. Please help
