FMLA Continuous Leave Rolling Backward Should Renew Balance as of Start Date

Summary:

Currently within our project FMLA Fast formula is build and which renews the balance based on start and end date of FMLA Leave and regains the balance by one day each after completion of 12 Months.

Example: If the employee started the leave from 1st Jan 2025 to 31 Jan 2025 his balance starts regaining back from 1st February 2026 not from 1st January 2026.

So, our client requires it to be get renewed based on start date of the leave that is completely after 12 months.

Can anyone please provide your inputs based on the above scenarios.
