Users Unable to view all 3-output file of Import Requisition scheduled process other than the process submitted by.

We have provided BI Admin & ESS Monitor to our "custom Advanced procurement requester role". and added ESS history - "ESS_REQUEST_OUTPUT_READ" to ESS monitor role. But still we were able to see only 1 output file not 3.
