Can we write a Validation rule between a single row attribute and multi row text attribute in OCPLM

in Product Management

We have a Single row text attribute and a multi row text attribute.

Can we write validation rule in "Manage Item rule sets" between these 2 attributes.

The single row attribute has to be compared with each of the multi row attribute record (consider it has 5 rows of data) and should throw an error when either one of the multi row value doesn't match with the single row data.

loopSum()& conditionalLoopSum(), works only for numeric attributes. Is there a way to validate text attributes?
