How to create pick wave to allocate onhand from project stock before common stock for a Project SO

Is there a way to create picks against a project based sales or transfer order such that material is picked from project stock before common stock. We are able to achieve this for pick against project based manufacturing work orders as we can run pick wave with project and task as parameters. Is there a way to do so for POET based transfer and sales order as well ?
