Grow for manager and HR

Hello everyone,

When adding the “Career Growth Access by Worker” role to the employee custom role to access the Grow feature, I noticed that the following roles also exist:

- Career Growth Access by Manager

- Career Growth Access by Administrator

Reading the descriptions of these roles, it seems that they were created to give HR and managers access to the Grow feature as well. However, even after adding these roles to the custom manager and HR roles, nothing is displayed.

1) Can you confirm that, at present (we are on release 26A), this feature is not accessible to managers and HR?

2) What are these roles for?
