seeking insights on how to add rep to approver tasks for multiple asgn (26A absence management)

Summary:

The 26A enhancement is titled Add Representative to approver tasks. It is geared for global absence recording for multiple assignments. trainings indicate that the option has been supported for single assignments for quite some time and that multiple is now a NEW feature.I'm not seeing it as an option. So my questions is a query for help finding the option. Am I looking for the correct thing in my attachment? Or would it be something else? The release notes have no images showing this process.
