Time change request failed when manager approves the transaction & employee receives failed email

Summary:

After 26A when an employee submits a time change request, manager approves it and then employee receives failed email notification stating" Time change request failed " below is the screenshot.

Transaction console shows as approved by manager, where as time change request goes into error status, time card is also not reflecting with new changes.

Anybody facing this issue. No error messages to view what is the error.
