Subscription Advisor not returning subscription details

in AI Agent Collaboration Center

We are trying to use the seeded AI Agent to fetch subscription details but the agent is not returning the subscription details at the product level.

Same user can access subscription from the UI, so the issue is not with privilege.

Can you please help.
