Print Receipt Traveler – PROD ESS Scheduling Delay / Output Not Generated

We are experiencing an issue in PROD where the “Print Receipt Traveler” scheduled process is not generating the expected output for business users.

  • The template is customized (seeded template not modified directly).
  • The process itself is a seeded ESS job.
  • The same report executes successfully in TEST without abnormal delays.
  • In PROD, output is not being received as expected.
  • Multiple ESS jobs run concurrently in PROD (higher data volume environment).
