Generate Daily Breakdown of Absence Details Process

For our Absence Reporting we have scheduled the "Generate Daily Breakdown of Absence Details Process" with below parameters. However, we encountered a strange situation - one absence by an employee after it is submitted on the same day with few minutes frequency the record was edited, and it seems like that absence which is modified (not the date - but some info) is not picked in our reporting. Can anyone advise if we need to include the absences which are modified after submission so the reporting data will be accurate for the absences instead of missing any record
