Classic Negotiation Sections changed order, Cover page moved to end.

Summary: Following the 26A update my business noticed that the order of the sections within a Classic negotiation changed. Specifically, the Cover Page is now towards the end. My customer is asking why this changed happened? Why were we not told of this change? Are we able to reorder the sections in Classic?
