Enable Native RSA/AES Key Storage and Cryptographic Operations in OIC Gen3

Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of):

CLP HK

Description (Required): OIC Gen3 currently does not provide a native, secure mechanism to store and manage RSA or AES keys required for signing, verification, encryption, and decryption within integrations. In adapter connections, OIC only supports X.509 certificates, and the OIC → Settings → Certificates section does not allow uploading or maintaining raw RSA/AES keys.

For integrations that require RSA-based signing/verification or AES-based symmetric encryption/decryption, this limitation prevents using OIC as the single point for cryptographic operations.
