OTL City Time Attribute Issue

Summary:

City(used seeded time attribute ORA_HRX_US_EARN_CITY) Time Entry Component is dependent on Location field on Timecard and city should be auto populated on timecard.  City Auto populating as expected however while saving/submit timecard getting error(ERROR - Please contact help desk). While custom city time attribute that is created and used in Time Layout is working as expected.
