Forecast Channel and Store prioritization in Replenishment Planning
Summary:
For our retail customer, we have below 2 requirements.
- Forecast Channel prioritisation - Forecast Channel is category of customers grouped together. If there is a demand for both On trade/Non-Retail and Retail channels, supply should be allocated to Non-retail first and then to retail. Non-retail demand could be Sales Order/Forecast but Retail demand is Transfer Order demand on warehouse. In Demand Priority Rules, demand order type includes only Sales Orders and Forecast and no Transfer Order demand.
- Store Replenishment prioritisation - Retail stores need to be prioritised to be replenished from the warehouse in Replenishment Planning. For ex., If there are multiple retail stores(subinventories) store A, B, C, Store B should be prioritised and replenished first, then C and then A.
