For the Redwood WMS Mobile PWA on physical RF devices, how will persistence with wifi be handled?

The network team is asking how persistence will be for the RF devices after we roll out the Redwood Mobile PWA. Currently with the SSH RF devices we used StayLinked, but we will not have StayLinked with the Redwood Mobile PWA.
