As per the last SR that I opened, the support team commented that Fusion only allow to Audit up to 15 Custom Descriptive Flex Fields for the Account Object
Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The Customer needs to audit all their Descriptive Flex Fields (52) for the Account object and all the fields for the Custom Objects
