Enhancement Request: Make Attachment (Resume) Field Mandatory in Refer a Candidate Page

We would like to request an enhancement to allow the Attachment (Resume) field to be configured as Mandatory in the Opportunity Marketplace – Refer a Candidate page within Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting.

Currently:

• The property isResumeMandatory applies only to the Apply Job flow.
• There is no available configuration in Refer a Candidate to enforce resume attachment.
• In VBCS, the “Required” property for Attachments is not exposed for configuration in the Refer flow.
• The current behavior is working as designed.

Business Requirement:

In our organization, when employees refer candidates, it is mandatory to attach the candidate’s resume.
