On hand quantity with null is not appearing on the OTBI page

Hi Community Need help on below -  @Yann Consolin-Oracle @Lynn Warneka-Oracle @Adnan Siddiqui-Oracle@Shyam Patel  @Victor Martin

In OTBI (subject area: Inventory Balance Real Time), items with null on-hand quantity are not appearing on the report.
