How to Prevent Tiered Pricing Abuse When Customer Partially Returns Quantity in Oracle Fusion?

Hello Experts,

We have a scenario in Pricing Administration related to tiered pricing and would appreciate your guidance on best practice.

Example:

  • Item standard price = 200 SAR per box
  • Tiered price = 150 SAR per box if customer purchases 50 boxes

A customer places an order for 50 boxes and correctly receives the discounted price (150 SAR per box).

However, after some time, the customer attempts to return 25 boxes only.

In this situation, the customer would keep 25 boxes while still benefiting from the tiered price, which results in revenue loss.

Business Requirement:

If the item was sold under a tier condition (e.g., minimum 50 quantity), the customer should not be allowed to return a partial quantity.
