How to load user defined safety stock in fusion

We have some items for which the safety stock method is safety stock quantity and planned safety stock type as User-defined quantity.

Using safety stock levels template we have loaded the safety stock to these items. But the value is showing only in the first day of the current time period in the supply plan not for all the time periods. We want this safety stock to be shown same for all the time buckets for the item.

We are sure to adjust the safety stock using Adjusted safety stock measure but there are so many items, and we have tried if we can load the data to this measure. It's getting errored out saying as below
