How to handle a trigger through groovy rule for metadata and security integration pipeline

Hi everyone,
I’m evaluating a possible automation in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) triggered by a Groovy rule on form save, and I would like to understand whether the following orchestration is feasible and/or recommended.
The idea would be to execute the following steps:
- Put the application into Admin Mode
- Trigger an integration pipeline that includes metadata updates and related tasks (Valid Intersections, Groups, ACL, CLS / security), the pipeline is custom and its managed out of epm
- Wait for the pipeline to complete (blocking or polling)
- Disable Admin Mode and make the application available again to all users
