How to update Entity names automatically during Terms template adoption

Summary:

I am doing adopt Terms template from global terms template to another business unit. So while creating global template, say my business unit name where i am creating global terms template is 'ABC'. Now i am adopting this template to another business unit which is 'XYZ'. Now after adoption, I want to automatically replace the names to 'XYZ' in all the clauses of the terms template where ever business unit name exist as 'ABC'. How to achieve this, please suggest
