Is it possible to change the Note which is displayed to learner when learner self enrolls to ILT

When the Learn Admin assign someone to training, they can control the L&D message that is shown to them when they log into the course.

"But I can't see a way to control that "With this Note" when a person self-assigns into an ILT Offering"

Currently we have a global setting that will be set once and can't be changed when learner self enrolls to ILT.

"Is there a way to control the "With this Note", when a person self-assigns into an ILT Offering".
