Validation error should be specific to the locations

Summary:

Account dimension is setup with allowed shared nodes. We have two different hierarchies (Primary and Secondary) under Account dimension which contains shared nodes.

We want to display a warning validation message to the users, if they change any properties in secondary hierarchy, then it will reflect in Primary also. But Warning message is displaying if they update anything in Primary hierarchy also as it is shared node, we tried adding secondary hierarchy top node in the validation condition. Is there any way using locations we can display a message only at secondary hierarchy changes.
