How to add a navigation flow card for Application overview inbox/oubox

Hi all

I am trying to add a new Navigation Flow card to display under the home page Inbox/Outbox from Application→Overview→action - Inbox.Outbox but I am not able to see it. I assigned Admin services role, but imposible to make it display.

Has anyone tried to add it?
