Audit report for Incentive Compensation

With reference to (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/835273/which-tables-can-be-used-to-get-the-results-for-audit-report-for-the-incentive-compensation) , is there an audit table where I could see all the updates related to IC product including the column changed with their old and new values or does all BIP audit information need to come from the respective base tables names ending with an underscore..? TIA!
This is because the "Generate Audit Report" is ending in error "Error Reason: AUTH_FAILUREError received: 400" and shows no records which is not true as i can see them in the UI. It also has limitations of allowing a run for 1 month period only. Any guidance on how we can create a custom audit report in BIP for IC which will show the columns we see in UI including old/new values is greatly appreciated.
