Best Practice to schedule Evaluate Group Membership process post 25D
Summary:
There has been many changes to the evaluate group membership over the past year.
The incremental process does not refresh groups using value sets, so we kept our group refreshes to back date to 2 weeks and it runs every 3 hours.
Person refresh for late hires now takes up to 9 hours to complete and in most cases the incremental refresh will not work because of the value sets.
Asking what is the best practice to schedule group refreshes and its frequency.
