Drop Forecast when there is no onhand in Replenishment Plan

Summary:

For our Retail customer, we have a requirement to drop past due forecast when there is no onhand. In Supply Planning, we can use Demand Time Fence to drop forecast but it is not considered in Replenishment Plan.

We tried using expression like If PAB<0 and Onhand=0 then Forecast should be 0 in Gross Forecast and Net Forecast measures, but it is not working. It is showing measure value as 0 in the table but not considered for PAB calculations. Probably because of the order in which engine calculates these measures.

Could someone please help to understand how can this be achieved?
