Basic setup for OTM fleet management

Hello,
I am trying to configure the basic setup for Fleet Management so that during Bulk Plan execution the system automatically calculates a work assignment and associates a driver and equipment to the resulting shipment.

I have completed the basic setup steps for creating a driver and the related driver type. I also created a Resource Schedule and generated the corresponding Resource Schedule Instances, as well as a Resource Schedule Profile that includes the above Resource Schedule.

The Resource Schedule Profile has been assigned to the Parameter Set in the RESOURCE SCHEDULER CONFIG ID section, in the RESOURCE SCHEDULE PROFILE ID
