unable to see guided journey on absence page

Hi,


We recently migrated to redwood and implemented a guided journey on absence page.
The guided journey works good on dev and test environments. But, in production environment the guided journey is not visible to any user.

Please, we need help in order to iddentify what configuration we are missing. We have attached a word document with the configuration.
