Error on AI Agent Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant

I am trying to setup and test Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant.
In the chat window, I am providing the Supplier Quote and the required prompt. But the following error is shown : "There was an error creating a purchase requisition based on the quotation from Apex Office Supplies (Q-2026-0148)." .
Followed by : "I can only assist with creating requisitions from an uploaded supplier quotation. Attach the quote from which a purchase requisition will be created and enter "Create Requisition" in the chat window."

On doing as instructed, I am constantly getting the same error. Not able to understand where the issue is.
