How to find cause of Receipt Distribution transaction error

Summary:

We are testing turning on Receiving Inspection for one of our Inventory Orgs. When we run Create Receipt Accounting Distributions, the Receipt Into Receiving Inspection Transactions end in Error. How do we find the cause of the error. We don't see it in the log or txt files. And we don't believe it's an accounting issue since this happened before we ran Create Accounting. We did end up running Create Accounting to see if that fixed anything but it didn't.
