Can we capture receipt shipment tracking number at receipt header level?

We are looking to implement Redwood inventory, receiving (both mobile and redwood pages). Our business captures tracking number at receipt header level in our legacy system and we are looking to do the same in Oracle Redwood also. It looks like Oracle is able to capture tracking numbers only at line level.

Has anyone else had this same requirement and if it was implemented, please share your solution?
