Is there a way that transfer orders can be updated by FBDI and remove the shipping methods to null

We have hundreds of transfer order lines for which we need to remove the shipping methods and update it as blank or null

Tried with #NULL and ! in the CARRIER_NAME,SHIP_MODE_OF_TRANSPORT and SHIP_CLASS_OF_SERVICE

it does not work , it would be helpful, if anyone give some pointers to it
