how to configure Reconcile order status and oblpn job

I tried to configure Reconcile order status and OBLPN job but I couldn´t

I set the following configuration

I want to update the order statuses for orders that have been "In Packing" for the last 8 days but for some reason haven't been updated to "Packed".

I always receive Failed as a result
